He is survived by: his significant other Debra Anderson; his children, Andrew Anderson (Kara), Summer Lightfoot (Jeremy) and Heather Crumpton (Dan); and his siblings, Ann Pratt (Craig), Gemini Tillotson (Tim), Susie Boller (Ray) and Bryan Phipps.
