He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kelly and Jean Kelly. He is survived by: his son Mike Kelly; his sisters, Pamela Schmidt, Jane Simms and Pat Small; and his uncle Butch. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews and twelve great nieces and nephews.
