He is survived by: his children, Melissa Parker (David) of Manhattan, Jennifer Rowe of Junction City and Jonathan Rowe (Michelle) of Junction City; his grandchildren, Lillian Rowe, Alexis Littlefield, Alicia Parker, Derrick Parker and Jordan Parker; his great grandchild Amarion Parker; and his siblings, Dan Rowe of Pennsylvania, Cindy Rowe of Pennsylvania and Becky Rowe of Maine.
