He is survived by: his wife Gwen Armstrong of Junction City, Kansas; his children, Kevin Armstrong of Junction City, Kansas and Gina Degnan (Tony) of Holiday Island, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Chase Degnan of Holiday Island, Arkansas, Tori Hornberger of Junction City and Madison Austin (Josh) of Wichita, Kansas; his great grandchildren, Mari Loving and Matthew Herzog; and his brothers, Lloyd, Ernie and Richard Norris.
