He was predeceased by: his parents, Goldia L. Butts and Emanuel Williams; and his son Edward A. Williams, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia S. Williams; his children, Rhonda Hollins (David Sr.) of Houston, TX, Michelle Williams of Orlando, FL. and Michael Williams; his grandchildren, David Hollins, Jr., Tiffany Hollins, Chanel Fisher, Jazmin Miller, Michael Williams, Jr. and Anthony Freeman, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, David James Hollins, Serenity Fisher and Davilyn Hollins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Church (1315 W Ash St, Junction City, KS 66441). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Kansas Veteran's Cemetery (5181 Wildcat Creek Rd, Manhattan, KS 66503).
