He was predeceased by: his parents, Pernette Bibbs and Ada Bibbs (Keys); his siblings, Bernard, Pernette, William Bibbs, Dorothy Peoples, Roberta Gardner, Jeanette Robinson, Geraldine Evans and Shirley Bibbs; and his granddaughter Joy Victoria Lovgren.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mildred Bibbs and Charlotte Fort (Leeroy); and his children, Donita Bibbs, Robert Bibbs (Rochelle), Charles Bibbs (Cathy), Donald Bibbs (Demetrius), Marcella Bibbs, Joyce Henderson (Shadrich) and Tina Russell (Steveland). He is also survived by 28 Grandchildren, 40 Great-grandchildren, 2 Great-great grand-daughters, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith Tabernacle Apostolic Church (1010 Burke Dr, Junction City, KS 66441). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Kansas Veterans' Cemetery (5181 Wildcat Creek Rd, Manhattan, KS 66503).
