It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlos Elmer Buckles (Junction City, Kansas), born in Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on October 17, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Buckles and Mary Buckles (Schreiner); his sister Leila Tiede; and his stepson Sammy Neely. He is survived by: his wife Etta June Neely-Hibbs; his stepdaughters, Dixie Lassinger of Columbia, SC and Teresa Helton of Junction City, KS; and his nieces, Cynthia Hutchinson and Teresa Frank. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren; 24 Great-Grandchildren.
