He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Hendrix. He is survived by: his children, Mickie Levin (Jeff), Julie Butterfield (Larry) and Jim Hendrix (Sandy); his grandchildren, Bryan Hoard (Corinne), Melanie Owings (Scott), Keri Byers (Ben), Nicole Hemmy (Seth), Brandon Butterfield and Courtney Hendrix; and his stepgrandchildren, Emily Shelton (Eric) and Nick Levin (Emily). He is also survived by nine great- grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, make donations ot the Jewell County Hospital in Mankato Kansas.
