He was predeceased by: his former wife Ilene Roe Headrick; and his parents, Clyde Headrick and Ethel Warren Headrick. He is survived by: his siblings, Doris, Wendell and Wayne; his granddaughter Sierra (Neil Bonjour); his wife Nancy Spohn Dorr Headrick of Jewell; his children, Kerma Crouse (Frosty) of Jewell, Melinda Rose of Manhattan, Sherry Koster (Brian), Samuel and Jeffey of Miami; his great grandchildren, Bret Crotts (Lucie), Rex, Eleanor, Charlotte of Garden City, KS, Rachel Crouse of Jewell, Jared Rose (Amy), Carter, Caroline, Grace of Kansas City, MO, Ryan Rex Rose, Amayah of Hutchinson, KS, Aaron (Terri), Karis, Cooper, Grayson, Kingston of Olathe, KS, Sierra Bonjour (Neil), Roland Rex, Charles of Formoso, KS, Lane Koster (Marah), Wade of Clay Center, KS and Sheridan Koster of Garden City; and his siblings-in-law, Esther Headrick of Manhattan, KS, Bill Roe (Verla) of Mankato, KS and Lauren Roe of Superior, NE. He is also survived by Grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Olive Hill Cemetery Association (Sherry Koster, Treasurer, 781 150th Road, Jewell, KS 66949) or the Jewell County Historical Society both can be in care of Kleppinger Funeral Home of Jewell.
