It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Kissinger (Jewell, Kansas), born in Concordia, Kansas, who passed away on November 16, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl Johnson and Esther Johnson; her brothers, Keith and Donald; her husband Karl Kissinger; her daughter Janice Mansfield (Tom) of Topeka; her grandsons, Daniel Mansfield (Amy) and Mark Mansfield; and her great grandchild Alex.
