With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Calvin Lynn Bohnert of Jewell, Kansas, born in Beloit, Kansas, who passed away on September 5, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Bohnert and Hazel Bohnert; his son Joshua; his wife Peggy Griffeth; his children, Josh Bohnert (Lori), Marla Koops (Jeff), Tracy Sulsar (Jared) and Hunter; his grandchildren, LeNae Knight, Ashlyn Knight, Lundyn Knight, Kinley Bohnert, Kolby Bohnert, Isaac Koops, Eli Koops, Joanna Koops, Elsa Koops, Carson Koops, Jabin Koops, Aiden Sulsar, Mason Sulsar and Kimber Sulsar; his brother Darrell Bohnert (Debra); his siblings-in-law, Linda Richard (Mike), Robin Griffeth (Deb) and Bill Griffeth (Melanie); his parents-in-law, Bob and Miola Griffeth; and his granddaughter Kassidy Sulsar. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers to honor Calvin's interest memorial contributions may be made to Emerson Lake improvements in care of the Kleppinger Funeral Home, Jewell, Kansas.
