He was predeceased by: his parents, Pamela "Pam" Williams (Holdren) and Eldon Williams; his grandparents, Charles Holdren, Lavern and Susie Monty; his uncle Steven Holdren; his niece Ellie; his nephew Owen Williams; and his grandchild Gamble.
He is survived by: his grandmother Roberta Holdren of Beloit; his sister Quanita Williams of Manhattan; his daughters, Brennan Williams of Manhattan, Brooke Williams of Kinsley and Julia Perez of Kinsley; the parent of his children Jacinta Perez of Kinsley; his grandchildren, Charles E. Harmon III (Trey) of Manhattan and LaTavius B. E. Gamble (TayTay) of Kinsley; his nieces and nephews, Zoe and Zander Williams of Manhattan; his stepchildren, Trevor Elkins of Mankato, Trenton Elkins of Courtland, Taylar Shelton (Elkins) of Guide Rock and Tiarra Cluck (Elkins) of Mankato; and also Karen Smith (Grelinger) of Holdrege. He is also survived by fifteen step-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions be sent to the memorial fund that has been established at Farmer Bank and Trust of Kinsley, KS suggested to be written to Brennan Williams, Brooke Williams, or Julia Perez for funeral expenses.
