She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy B. Fakes and Ammie E. Killgore Fakes; her daughter Lola Holl; her son-in-law Steve Holl; and her siblings, Rosie Berger, Bertie Simpson, Eva Thomas, Virgil Fakes, Herman Fakes, Mervin Fakes and Howard Stephenson.
She is survived by: her former husband Richard Simpson; her husband Jack Smith; her daughters, Janice Kolzow (Dee) and Shelia Erickson (Craig Dill); her brother Clarence Fakes; her grandchildren, Ryan Kolzow (Kylee), Kerry Kolzow and Taylor Erickson (Justin Hill); and her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Brixen and Emma.
