We bid farewell to Lester W Wenndt of Jetmore, Kansas, born in Lowden, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 28, 2024 at the age of 95. Lester touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Wenndt and Anna Kruckenberg Wenndt; his daughter Tammee E. McVey; and his siblings, Wilbert Wenndt, Dale Wenndt, Phyllis Boedeker and Lavone Driscoll.
He is survived by: his sons, David Moore (Janis) of Blythewood, SC and George Stephen Moore (Kristi); and his grandchildren, Christopher Moore (Carolyn), Sterling, Anthony Moore (Rachel), Nickolas Moore of Sarasota, FL, Brian Wilson (Katie) of Ridgeway, SC and Kayla Moore of Fort Myers, FL. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
