He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Russell and Mary Elizabeth Burns (VanVleet); his wife Deloris Lee Burge; his siblings, Nate Burns and Mary "Poodle" Keiley; and his grandsons, Kincaid Meyers and John Ochs.
He is survived by: his children, Kenny (Kim) of Jetmore, Tim (Ashley) of Jetmore, Deb Ochs (Jim) and Irlana Meyers (Todd); his sister Betty Romero; his grandchildren, Josh, Haley, Skyler, Jo'beth, Samantha, Charlotte, Ben of Logan, K. L. M., Austin, Justin, Brody and Alivia; his great grandchildren, Rosalee and Juniper; and his sister-in-law Dorlene Burge.
