He is survived by: his children, Ronald Johnson (Vickie) of Caddo Mills, TX, Marshiela Van Vleet (Rick) of Kennewick, WA and Kimberly Salmans (Mike) of Dodge City, KS; his siblings, Stephen Johnson (Pat) of Buhler, KS, Jerry Johnson (Sandra) of Elizabeth, CO, Karen McBride (Lynn) of Andover, KS and Sharon Herndon of Wichita, KS; his grandchildren, Tyler (Stephanie), Chelsea (Randy), Kyle (Lauren), Kevin (Kylie), Mallory (Tripp), Jarred (Sarah), Jayton (Danielle) and Jacelyn; his great grandchildren, Lane, Charlie, Jessie, Boston, Landry, Caroline, Brooklynn and Riley; and his pet Shelby.
