She was predeceased by: her parents, William Woodrow and Myrtle Evelyn Blackburn (Cox); her spouse Terry L. Nusser; her brothers, William, George, Donald, Steven and Darrel Blackburn; her nephew Joe Thoben; her siblings-in-law, Beverly Blackburn and Fredrick Muns; and her mother-in-law Rachel Nusser.

She is survived by: her children, Jeremy Nusser (Amanda) of Seattle, WA, James Nusser (Tracy) of Jetmore, KS and Jacie Loder (Blake) of Newton, KS; and her siblings, Richard Blackburn (Bernadine), Daniel Blackburn of Kearney, NE and Judy Muns.
