He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Smith and Hazel Crouse Smith; his wife Fannie Wade; and his sister Lora Belle Hastings. He is survived by: his son Glenn Smith (Katie Fistler); his sister Pat Snyder of Dodge City; and his grandchildren, Jacob Smith (Michelle) of Wichita and Jackie Smith of Wichita. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
