It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Eugene Cressler of Jennings, Kansas, born in Norton, Kansas, who passed away on July 9, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Alfred E. Cressler. He is survived by: his mother Betty A. Cressler (Benedict) of Jennings; his wife Nancy Lovin; his siblings, Don Cressler (Trish) of Norton, KS, Alfred Duane Cressler (Stephanie) of Arlington, KS, Jonathan Cressler of Oberlin, KS, Marsha Chavies (Bernie) of Las Vegas, NV, Beverly Harris (John) of St. Johns, AZ and Penny Hayward (Jeff) of Oberlin, KS; and his stepsons, David Obermeyer (Meghan) of New Almelo, KS and James Obermeyer of Norton, KS. He is also survived by 12 nephews, 1 niece and many great nieces and nephews.
