He is survived by: his parents, Larry Bell Sr. and Dorothy Rhea (Herring) of Blackwell, OK.; his children, Justin Bell of Blackwell, OK and Chelsea Bell of Blackwell, OK; his stepchildren, Victoria Kreutzer (Rick) of Hays, KS and Michael Vance of Blackwell, OK.; his grandchildren, Jaden, Molly, Samuel, Skylee, Lawrence, Tori, Rick, Zackary, Haylee, Billy, Shyle and Dakota; and his siblings, Valorie Marlow (Gary), Rebecca Self (Roy), Tony Bell (Autumn) and Rodger Bell (Kara).
