He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward S. Collins, Sr. and Anna Ireland Mills Collins; his siblings, John Collins, Milton Mills, Willie Collins, Milford Mills and Joann Mills Wells (Ed); and his brother-in-law Phil Swenson.
He is survived by: his sisters, Jackie Alcorn (Marion) and Janice Swenson; and his siblings-in-law, Diana Mills of Glasco, Margaret Collins of Glasco and Ed Wells. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials to the Cloud County Food Bank in care of the funeral home.
