He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Goebel and Dorothy Goebel (Berry); his sister Nettie Lee; his son Terry; and his brother Billy.
He is survived by: his wife Neomia; his son Ken Goebel; his stepdaughters, Dottie Bounting and Betty Sherwood (William); and his sister Betty Mae Bradley. He is also survived by three grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
