She was predeceased by: her parents, William Inslee and Artine Inslee (Deistler); her husband Dean Hewitt; and her siblings, Theda Fayne Ashley, Victor Inslee and Shirley McGee.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Hewitt of Atwater, California and Gay Simpson (Roger) of Medicine Lodge; her grandchildren, Dennis and Denise; her brother Theophilus Inslee; and her sister-in-law Mildred Metzger. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Isabel Cemetery or Interim Hospice in care of Larrison Funeral Home.
