He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Campbell and Dora Campbell (Bailes); and his sister Dora Lee Ingram. He is survived by: his wife Gayle; his sons, Thomas Campbell (Julianna) and Terry Campbell; his sister Evelyn Calderwood; and his aunts, Alice Conn and Betty Campbell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
