He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Puff and Dorothy Puff (Scofield); his stepmother Barbara Puff (Dempsey); his brother Gary Puff; his great grandchild Reason Rayne Hannum; and his niece Tanya Puff.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dimity Lowell (John) and Nora Lewis Barnum (Richard); and his grandchildren, Tiffany, Savannah, Patricia, Guiseppe, Caressa, Cassidy, Brandon, Alyssa, Sean, Elizabeth and Riley. He is also survived by two brothers; and numerous other relatives.
