He was predeceased by: his father Charles Franklin; and his sister Tanya Franklin. He is survived by: his mother Lillian Franklin (Stanford); his stepdaughter Teresa Farmer (Terry); his son Steven Hoggatt; his stepson Gary Bamford (Cindy); and his siblings, Larry Franklin (Kathryn), Dennis Franklin (Ruth) and Marcia Hoggatt. He is also survived by five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
