He is survived by: his wife Patty; his daughters, Becky Spence (Darin) of Wellington and Greta Fry (Jon) of Hays, Kansas; his grandchildren, McKenna Spence-Olson (Jacob), Micah Spence, Braden Fry and Alexa Fry; and his siblings, Ruth Menzer of Pratt, Kansas, Richard Haen of Dittmer and David Haen of LaHarpe, Kansas..
