He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Barclay and Eddie Barclay (Waller); his wife Norma; his siblings, Ann Staats and Ralph Barclay; his son Neal Barclay (Marie); and his grandchildren, Kristin Roach (Gary), Hannah Brown (Garrett) and Aaron Barclay. He was also cherished by five great-grandchildren; and sister.
