She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Lower and Dorothy Lower (Cation); and her children, Kevin Fronk and Aimee Sue Billingsley. She is survived by: her grandsons, Dan Billingsley and Jeff Billingsley; and her son-in-law Rick Sebol. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren; one brother.
