He was predeceased by: his parents, Jodie Sinclair and Irene Sinclair (Malloy); and his brother Joe Lee. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Sinclair (Yohon); his children, Robert Sinclair (Heather) and Paula Geiss (Jeff); and his siblings, Harry, Jim, Art and Grace Wools. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in honor of Paul are suggested to Wings of Warriors, A.C.A.R.F. of LaHarpe, or Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
