He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy O. Rush and Nina G. Rush (Heaton); his sons, David Rush and Rick Rush; his siblings, Lois Anderson (Johnson), Neva Blair and Clyde Rush; his grandson Kevin Rush; and his son-in-law Gary Leonard.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Brenda Leonard and Phil Rush (Janine); and his daughters-in-law, Michelle Rush and Barbara Rush. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 10 step-great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
