She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Howard and Mary Bentley-Howard; her siblings, Daniel Howard, David Howard, Tuddie Bell Watson, Elizabeth Howard and Martha Howard (Charles); and her husband Robert Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Smith and Charles Smith of Iola, Kansas; her grandchildren, Jayla Smith, Cameron Smith and Jayden Hale of Edmond, Oklahoma; her mother-in-law Mildred Vivian Smith; and her sister-in-law Carmen Williams of Shawnee Mission, Kansas.
