He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Lyle Morgan and Helen Spurgeon (Kessler); and his siblings, Ulysses Morgan, Paul Morgan and Naomi "Susie" Lawerence.

He is survived by: his wife Jammie Blevins; his children, Christine Morgan of Princeton, Kansas and Brian Morgan of Iola; his stepchildren, Wendy Mariscal of Iola and Jeremy Mariscal of Dallas, Texas; and his siblings, Ollie Lackey, Rosemary Fishman, Lyla Bentley, Wanda Holland, Bonnie Ann Dorsey and Clarence Spurgeon. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Wings of Warriors and left in care of the funeral home.
