He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Trester and Maxine Trester (Scheer); his son Chad Trester; his granddaughter MaKala LaRue; and his siblings, Jerry, Ivan, Gary Trester and Beverly Hoddy.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Jean Trester; his son Larry R. Trester, Jr. (Chloe) of Humboldt, Kansas; his grandchildren, Brianna, Andrya (Greg), Kris, Bryson, Elizabeth, Cailee, Elijah and Kirby; his daughter-in-law Tristan Trester of Dexter, Kansas; and his siblings, Carl Trester, Judy Burkholder and Sharon Trester.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Larry Trester Sr. memorial fund and left in care of the funeral home.
