She was predeceased by: her parents, Orion Powers and Effie Powers (McDade); her husband Warren Fultz; her son Richard Fultz (Dick); and her brother Gene Powers.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Houghton (Bob) of Erie, Sue Payne (Jerry) of Tulsa and Gary Fultz (Terri) of Osage City; and her brother Larry Powers of Jenks, Oklahoma. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
