He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Johnson, Sr. and Esther Johnson (Jones); and his brother Willard Johnson, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Lynnette; his daughter Stephanie Madden; his stepchildren, Tim Kropf (Jenny), Ginger Meyers, Stephanie Coleman (Donny) and Steven Simpson; and his sisters, Gloria Clark (Beze) and Colleen Warner. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
