She is survived by: her children, Daniel "Dan" Dale Creitz (Shaila), Dennis "Denny" Edward Creitz (Monica) and Deborah "Debbie" Ann Taiclet (Ken); her grandchildren, Daniel S. Creitz (Kylie), Aubrey Westhoff (Tyler), Lindsay Caudell (Dereck), Trent Jacobs, Trey Creitz (Ashlyn), Haley Frazell (Connor), Maggie Creitz, Tye Taiclet and Dr. Kendra Taiclet (Brad Spain); her great grandchildren, Spencer, Liam and Zander Creitz; her grandchildren, Owen, Nash Westhoff, Kylie, Tatum, Cooper, Tomi Caudell and Hudson Frazell; and her brother-in-law Dan Conklin (Jeri). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to Friends of the Bowlus Fine Arts Center or Iola American Legion Baseball, and may be left with Feuerborn Family Funeral Service.
