He is survived by: his mother Marcia Hoggatt of Iola; his siblings, Steve Hoggatt of Topeka, Carl Hoggatt, Clyde Hoggatt of Iola, Elizabeth Roeder of Seneca and Mary Hoggatt of Iola; his grandmother Lillian Franklin of Iola; and his nieces, Abigail and Anna Roeder. He is also survived by his family and friends but his cat.
