He is survived by: his wife Carol Lynn Ostrander Sinclair; his son Todd Sinclair; his grandchildren, Halye, Todd Jr. and Grant Sinclair; his great grandchildren, Kayden, Kytalynn and Kendole; his daughter Traci Sinclair; his grandchildren, Castin, Chance and Kerstin Sinclair; his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Gentry, Gensen and Zoe May; his son Tim Sinclair; his daughter-in-law Heather; his grandchildren, Emma, Sarah, Harley and Easton; his siblings, Grace Wools (Ray), Jim (Donna) and Artie Ray Sinclair; his daughter-in-law Gina; his great-niece Mitia Marie; and his brothers, Joe (Alberta) and Paul Sinclair.

In lieu of flowers, a 'Harry Sinclair Memorial fund' is being set up with contributions going to the American Legion.
