She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Eugene and Pauline Verena Blevins (Damron); her children, Shane Springston and Shelly Musgrove; her grandson Dustin Dozier; and her sisters, Penny Harclerode and Paula Young.
She is survived by: her former husband Dennis Springston; her husband Clayton Swift; her great-niece Alyssa; and her siblings, Norma McDaniel (Don) of Iola, Sam Blevins (Betty) of Iola, Clinton Blevins (Donna) of Independence and Mike Blevins (Sally) of Iola. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
