He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Linthicum; and his children, Clay Garver (Susan), Mike Garver (Shelly) and Nancy Ward (Sean). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and other beloved friends and family.
Memorials may be made out to Allen County Animal Rescue Facility (ACARF) or the Kansas Peace Officers Association, and left in the care of Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, 1883 US Highway 54, Iola, Kansas.
