She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Huggins and Eva Huggins (Graves); her husband Emmett; her son Jerry; her sons-in-law, Steve Phillips and Vaughn Tomlinson; her granddaughter Lezlie (Mike Gean); her great grandchild Haley Mae Ross; her siblings, Betty Marconett, Arsa Belle Huggins and Glen Huggins (Ruth); her brothers-in-law, George Lindsay and Charles Lindsay; and her niece Kathy Nelson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Phillips and Linda Michael (Joe); her daughter-in-law Cindy Lindsay; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Ranes (Lindsay) and Eunice Lindsay. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great- great-grandchildren.
