She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Holt and Martha Holt (Turnage); and her siblings, Francis Holt and Ann Holt. She is survived by: her husband Jerrell Smith; and her daughters, Wendy Derrick and Cindy Schafer (Brad). She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
