He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Lankton and Frances Lankton (Miller); his former wife Lois Marie Gillespie of LeRoy; his siblings, Florence (Jackson) and George Lankton; his son-in-law Terry Beard; and his stepson-in-law Daniel Ellis.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Wright (Volland); his children, Ronald Lankton (Kay) and Cheryle Beard; his grandchildren, Kip, Joshua Lankton, Jason, Korey Lankton, Ronica Ellis, Zeph Beard and Willie Beard; his brothers, Roy Lankton and Ralph Lankton (Ivy); his sister-in-law June Lankton; and his stepchildren, Michael Wright (Jeri), Garnett, Brenda Ellis, Terri Meyer (William) and Shawnee. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-granddaughters.
