He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Bernice (Bobst) and Wilbur James Smith, Sr.; and his siblings, Wilber Smith Jr. and Marlene Brandon. He is survived by: his wife Ann Smith of Inman, Kansas; his sons, Jeffrey Smith (Holly) of Windom and Michael Smith (Nancy) of Inman, Kansas; his siblings, David Smith (Terri) of Schenectady, Paul Smith (Debera) of Shawnee, Kenneth Smith (Denise) of Shawnee, Raymond Smith (Myrna) of Shawnee, Kansas, Jerry Peden of Shawnee, Corinne Selph of Longview, Sharon Smith of Edwardsville and Gwen Henry (Chet) of Wheaton, Illinois; his grandchildren, Thomas, Emily, Amber Smith, Steven Storm (Chastity), Mallorie Suffield (Braden), Megan Beck (Tucker) and Ethan Coon; and his great grandchild Gracelynn Beck. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
