He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy 'Cotton Clyde and Velma Ruth Volker (Fee); his wife Mary Louise Smith; his siblings, Shirley Newell (Wayne), Lionel Volker (Jeanne) and Roger Volker (Wanda); and his brothers-in-law, Ron Overeem and James Scates.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Volker of Inman, KS and Vicki Anderson (Mike) of Elyria, KS; his grandchildren, Chris Pettay, Erik Pettay, Jason Volker, Bri Leighty (Michael), Brekken Anderson and Bret Anderson; his great grandchildren, Ethan Pettay, Kolton Pettay, Adam Pettay, Victoria Pettay, Daniel Pettay and Adeline Volker; and his siblings, Jane Overeem, Patricia Scates, Nancy Murphy (Bill) and Merryl Volker (Peggy).
