She is survived by: her children, Randy Lewis, Jamie Lewis, Melissa Lewis, Preston Lewis and Justin Lewis (Jessica) of Hutchinson; and her siblings, Michael Leamon, Angel Leamon, Yvonne Dowd (Mike), Shelly "Patty" Leamon and Nancy Schmitt (Tony).
