She is survived by: her children, Randy Lewis, Jamie Lewis, Melissa Lewis, Preston Lewis and Justin Lewis (Jessica) of Hutchinson; and her siblings, Michael Leamon, Angel Leamon, Yvonne Dowd (Mike), Shelly "Patty" Leamon and Nancy Schmitt (Tony).

Memorials may be given to Storm Creek Horse Company in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Sterling.
