He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Reimer and Katie Reimer; and his siblings, Harry, Ernest, Hugo, John, Ruth Wiens, Emma Schierling and Rosella Regier.
He is survived by: his spouse Elverna Westerman; his children, Melva Hoefer (Pat), Wayne Reimer (Kerry), Michael Reimer, Randy Reimer (Elizabeth) and Kevin Reimer (Michelle); his sisters, Gertrude Sigler and Mildred Rogers; and his grandchildren, Lori Trego (Jeff), Haysville, Christopher Hoefer (Amy), Benton, Bryan Hoefer (Jillian), Wichita, Brandon Reimer (Greer), Daniel Reimer (Johanna), Caleb Reimer, Sublette, Courtney Schroeder (Chris), Hesston, Caitlyn Reimer and Inman. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Inman Mennonite Church or Pleasant View Home, both in care of Buhler Mortuary.
