She is survived by: her son Michael Fazio (Lesley) of Hutchinson, KS; her daughter-in-law Roxie Fazio of Hutchinson, KS; her grandchildren, Sammi Nicholson (Tom) of Hutchinson, KS, Jessi Berger (Keaton) of Hutchinson, KS, Alyssa Nelson of Hutchinson, KS and Bella Fazio of Hutchinson, KS; and her great grandchildren, Brennan Renaud, Rochelle Renaud, Dwaine Nicholson and Lydia Berger.
