She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Charles and Velma Myrtle Cash (Sparks); her son James Edward Whitmore Jr.; her daughter-in-law Alta Whitmore; her brother-in-law Bud Whitmore; her stepson-in-law Scott Mallory; her aunt Irene Sparks Williams; her nephew David Pohl; her great-nephew Jamie Pohl; and her cousins, Dennis Cash and Donna Rose Cash.
She is survived by: her husband Hank Billingsley of Inman, KS; her children, Jeri Ann Johnson of Ashland City, TN and John Charles Whitmore of Webb City, MO; her stepdaughter Dotty Howton of Nashville, TN; her nephew Robert Pohl of Ashland, TN; and her sisters, Marion Dee Lee (Ed) and Norma Jean Neujahr (Ron). She is also survived by three step grandchildren, five step great grandchildren, four nieces, nine nephews and six cousins.
Memorials may be given to the Julia Billingsley Memorial Fund and can be sent in care of the funeral chapel.
